ORANGE Infused GIN!
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 oranges
- 1.75 milliliters of gin
PROCESS:
- Peel the oranges
- Using your paring knife, remove as much of the white pith from the orange peel as you can.
- Cut the orange peel into long strips and place in bottle.
- Cover with gin place cap to make air tight.
- Let sit for 1 week.
ORANGE Simple Syrup!
INGREDIENTS:- 1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 cups of sugar
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, orange juice and sugar to a boil.
- Turn the heat to low and stir constantly until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture is clear, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Remember - the longer you boil it, the thicker the syrup will be when cooled.
