Perfect for this weekend's BBQ! Rosemary Sea Salt Sweet Potato Fries!

 
Somewhere along the way of my culinary adventures, I learned this awesome trick! When making homemade French Fries, coat the potatoes in olive oil, then toss them in 3 tablespoons of white whole wheat flour, sea salt, cracked pepper and garlic powder. This coating will help oven-baked fries to get crispy! I also love to sprinkle on some fresh rosemary! I serve these with a homemade lemon aioli! So healthy and delicious! Bake at 400F for 40 minutes -- flip halfway.
