Toffee Pretzel Bark Sugar Cookies!
INGREDIENTS: 
- 1 box of white cake mix
 - 1 egg
 - 1 stick of room temperature butter
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 cup butterscotch chips
 - 1/2 cup of toffee bites
 - 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
 - 1/2 cup of crushed butter crackers (approx 10)
 
PROCESS: 
- Combine all ingredients on low in a stand mixer, gradually increasing speed until cookie dough has formed.
 - Shape dough into a log and refrigerate for 1 hour.
 - Cut dough into circles with a sharpe knife and bake at 350F for 14 minutes.
