Toffee Pretzel Bark Sugar Cookies!


 

Toffee Pretzel Bark Sugar Cookies!
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick of room temperature butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup of toffee bites
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup of crushed butter crackers (approx 10)

PROCESS:
  1. Combine all ingredients on low in a stand mixer, gradually increasing speed until cookie dough has formed.
  2. Shape dough into a log and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Cut dough into circles with a sharpe knife and bake at 350F for 14 minutes.
